The cottage, which is roughly 100m west of the Manor House, consists of one main room with a large en-suite bathroom and walk-in cupboard area. It also has a lounge and kitchen with a pantry.

Outside the cottage is a large studio area with a double garage. Such a studio can be used for conferences or indeed even developed into a stand-alone accommodation unit.
