It overlooks a beautiful garden with a lawn and a large swimming pool. Nearby, Buller’s trees surround the house as well as a Japanese garden with water features. The pool area is a 14m by 5m large pool with stunning views.

The bottom reservoir (gravity-fed by the Banhoek River) is also nearby with its overflow pond. Such overflow is rerouted back to the river and therefore the holding has 24/7 flowing water-feature availability. Nearby the Manor house there is a smaller sixth room referred to as “The Wendy House” and the 4 garages.
